This volume offers systematic descriptions, including numerous maps and photographs of the 148 archaeological sites visited by the expedition's regional survey team within a 10 km. radius of Tell Hesban. The finds reported span the Chalcolithic through the Late Ottoman periods. The volume also includes a discussion of the likely route of the Jericho-Livias-Esbus road which connected Esbus with Jerusalem during Roman and Byzantine times.
