Goals for 2009 Season:

The goals for the Tall Jalul 2009 excavation will include:

Field A: expansion of exavation area to expose the Iron II structures and perhaps reach MB and LB occupational levels

Field B: expand exposure of the Iron Age gate complex, approach road and city wall

Field C: expand exposure of the Iron II buildings

Field D: expand exposure of the Persian period building

Field E: continue work in the trench exposing Iron Age wall found in 2005 season
